Meeting Room request must be done by email. The Main Meeting Room is a large space used for formal presentations, film screenings, art exhibits, receptions, parties and large meetings. The meeting room has a built in projector and sound. A computer is also available, so all you need is account login or thumb drive. Meeting Owl is available upon request. |

The Small Meeting Room is a formal board room adjacent to the Main Meeting Room, with doors that can be closed. It can accommodate up to 20 people. |

The Alys and Bob Bownes Cape Cod History Room is home to the Cape Cod Collection, and a handful of old and rare books dedicated to local history. It features a full table that seats up to 20 people and is available for reservation by small groups. |

The Makerspace and Innovation area is evolving. There are tables available to seat up to 25 people, 12 laptops can be reserved along with presentation AV. The room also is equipped with a 3D printer, green screen and 2 Oculus Rift VR set-ups. |

The Zoom Room Duo is the common sense choice for private short meetings, one-on-ones, and private conversations, tele-health and zoom interviews. Dual skylight ceilings & full profile doors flood our booths with natural light so you never feel claustrophobic. Layers of sustainable acoustic insulation and felt panels dampen sound and enable private conversations. High-powered motion-activated fans keep you cool and cycle fresh air into the booth once every minute. he Zenbooth Duo comes standard with the industry's only electric height-adjustable desk that allows you to easily change positions for improved ergonomics. The adjustable desk allows the work surface to be raised and lowered to accommodate different working heights. The range of the adjustable desk is from 29" to 55" to accommodate use both while seated or standing. Plenty of outlets and a dimmable light. |

The Calvin C. Gould Library Green is the center of the Village, and features a large open space for outdoor events. It is where the Library holds Summer Celebrations, the Summer Concert Series, Saturday Shindigs, and our Holiday Decorations during Stroll Weekend in December. This area is available to rent for functions. |

The Carolyn Crossett Rowland Fireside Reading Room houses the Library's periodicals. It features a handful of comfortable arm chairs, a full table, gas fueled fireplace, and a piano. Concert and recitals are sometimes performed in the beautiful room. |

The Anne Williams McGraw Atrium is a new open space area of the library. The area features 8 large table and chairs. This spot is great for impromptu meetings, clubs, crafts, games and socializing. |

At the Osterville Village Library, we are proud to extend our support to the vibrant community of local artists by offering our space as a platform to exhibit their creative works. While we are not an art gallery, we believe in celebrating and promoting the diverse talents within our community. As a courtesy, we allow artists to display their work, and in the event of a sale, a commission is applied.
We strive to accommodate artists' preferred dates for showcasing their work; however, we kindly ask for understanding that occasionally adjustments may be necessary due to scheduling constraints. Our commitment is to ensure a fair and supportive environment for all artists who wish to participate.
Artists are responsible for promoting their own exhibits to ensure a successful showcase of their work. Additionally, if an artist wishes to sponsor a reception, we welcome this initiative and will collaborate to schedule it at a time that is convenient for both the artist and the Osterville Village Library.
We thank our artists and patrons for their understanding and for helping us maintain a dynamic and artistic atmosphere at the Osterville Village Library.
